interior mirror removal

for some strange reason ive got an interior rear mirror but un-glazed rear doors, how and can it be removed, in the past when ive removed mirrors ive just pushed them up and out but ive got a circular disc stuck to the screen above it (satnav? gps aerial) any ideas, thanks

The disc is (for mK3's at least) the trafficmaster gubbins.
I beleive the mirror is glued on-be careful.
They have been removed by warming the glue with a hairdryer then 'sawing' through the adhesive pad with fishing line or thin nylon cord
It is on my to do list.
But not right at the top
