Electrical Gremlins? Horn and windows not working?

Hi.
My 2008 *cough* Partners horns and windows have packed up.
I carried out a bsi reset as shown on this forum but nothing. I have checked all the fuses. All ok and power to them.
I can get the windows working by putting power to the relay box.
But the horn is driving me mad. I took it to the local garage and it works when actuated by the computer.
I have tried the ground fix as shown, but nothing? Does the cassette module fail?

Hi.
I have replaced the com2000 unit. All fixed!!

If anyone else has this problem, the 2001 Citroen Xsara com2000 is the same but the part number is different. Could not find a Partner/Berlingo one at all. But plenty of Xsaras about.

Phew-I was going to suggest changing the badges to the correct 'chevrons' type.
