Looks good, did you make the lining up yourself because the fit looks spot on?!

I had to cut my van back using quite an aggressive cutting compound 3 times before mine even stopped being matt finish......

Enjoy!

cheers chris, yea i cut the floor, bulk head and the wheel arches out of 9mm ply,the sides out of 6mm and the door panels out of 4mm,assembled the wheel arches, gave it all a good sand down an 3 coats of varnish then assembled it al in the van, insulated it all to cut down on the road noise(works great) and finished it off with brass screws and brass cups...now i dont want to get it dirty haha

i think i will need to give the van a good polish with something along the same lines as you have to try and bring it back to life.

Excellent job! It looks very nice indeed.
Are you planning on putting any protection on the edge of the ply
flooring around the area of the back door?
The Older I get the Better I Was!  Cool

I was just leaving it like that but now you have planted the seed I might just try and find a edging strip to protect the edge Smile

I used farecla G3 and a damp cloth, then normal t cut followed by some auto glym polish and a bodywork sealer- hopefully I wont have to do it again for a LONG time!

That ply-lining looks very smart. Think you are missing out on a career!
Agree, wouldn't want to put anything in the back to spoil the finish.Confusedillyme:
