eco mode

Hi can anyone tell me what eco mode means on the mullti display as i cannot find anything about it in the maual as i.m :brickwall: any help please:lol:

Basically it's a programme to stop the battery from getting drained by the radio/12v being left on when the engines not running. A PITA at work sometimes, as I have the radio on when a have a bru! You can reprogramme it though IIRC.

Wot Pete says. It seems to happen if you have things running for more than about 10 minutes with the engine off. I was fitting an extra interior light to the back door and left the doors open whilst I was doing it. Next morning ECO mode. Although if my wife leaves her phone on charge overnight it doesn't seem to bother it.
