What is it??
#1
I've looked at lots of lingo's over the last 2 weeks and some have a folding crate in the back. What is it?? I've just bought mine and I don't have one Angry

Does anyone know of any great accessories I can add to my already cool lingo? It's a 53 plate!

The crate is a "modubox" - they come up on ebay quite often.

The first thing I did when I bought my Berlingo was chuck the modubox in the darkest part of the garage-haven't seen it since.

Yup, wheels too small, handle too short.Sad Are all the French devoid of leg length? Using it at school to shift laptops around so it does at least get some use.:S

So it's not really worth buying one, thans for the info. I did look at the pictures of one and thought the handle looked very short, about the right height for my 4 yr old?

He would love his own shopping trolley...

We didn't have one in ours either so bought one on Ebay. We find it very handy to chuck things like deicer, scraper, old travel rug, shopping bags and all manner of tat into. Stops it all rolling around the load area. When not needed it folds flat or takes 5 seconds to remove. Use it all the time! Maybe Ron has one for sale? ;o)

Maybe Ron has???

When I first saw one I thought I could stand my bottles in it when shopping. I hate them rolling around the boot! Maybe I could put my bread in there. I always end up with squished bread. Confusedillyme:

I looked on ebay and I only saw one, do you think it's something I could get from a salvage yard?

I never found it useful for shopping but it is good at keeping bottles etc. in a safe place as you say. If you look for one try to find the top and bottom fittings as well. It is held by a velcro strip at the top and a plastic bracket at the bottom. This stops the whole lot floating round the boot area.

I still use the one which came with my old Picasso in my Berlingo for carrying extra tools for work. Makes it easier to remove them from the car lock stock and barrel when not required. Never used it as a trolley, though.
