Van cutting out

I have a mk3 citreon berlingo that keeps cutting out. I took it to my mechanic who said it was needing a service and he replaced all the filters including the fuel filter. When I got it back it was running like a dream until last night. Two things I have a basis diagnostic tester and it says a low pressure fuel problem and the usual pollutant display and eng man light on, One I cleared the fault about four times it is now running great again the other thing I had just put £30 worth of diesel in it from my local supermarket. Any suggestions would be great....
