Electrical issue

Hi guys, is there anyone with Lexia diagnostics somewhere in Gloucestershire or Worcestershire? I have Berlingo Multispace 1,9d 2003. Every time I turn off the engine all ignitions lights comes on and stays on for some time, in this time nothing works. Only way to turn them off is to press and hold brake pedal for few seconds or lock car manually. Since I bought a car management light stays on all the time and from time to time red stop light starts flashing. When stop light is flashing I have no wipers and no indicators. My fuel gauge gives fault reading and speedo stopped working all together. Any Citroen experts out there with any ideas as to what this could be? I checked fuses and tried BSI reset with no luck.

Hi, I’ve tried Peugeot forum, but no luck so far with my search for Lexia. In meanwhile my Berlingo is going downhill:-( Flashing STOP light on dash, together with beeping sound, brake symbol and seatbelt light are permanently on now. I have no wipers whatsoever and indicators just when they feel like it, which is not very often. I’ve noticed that Com200 was replaced in the past. Car is 2003 and Com is year 2008. So, it looks like that it is down to BSI now, but if I send it somewhere for repair, does it need to be reprogrammed back to the car? One more thing I would like to try before giving up and send car down the cliff or to citroen main dealer , is to check all the earth points for some loose ends. I know it’s a long shot, but I’m so desperate to solve this nightmare, it is so frustrating. Would anyone have el. diagram with position of earth points pls.?
