Greetings from Brum...brum

Well, it's raining cats and dogs here at the moment. I don't have a Berlingo ( I have a C15), but have been interested in getting one at some stage. Love the Mk3 version - very impressive, even as a run-a-round alternative to a conventional car.

Oh and get on over to the Auction House section of this site. Just left an interesting eBay link

It's raining hard here too(!). Just chatting with you here... Don't you think the MK3 is a little big as a run around? I know that the capacity in the back is standard, but the van as a whole is bigger.

Well yes albeit the smaller 'Nemo'; cracking little van. Cute and multifunctional. First time I saw one was when pulling up to a Screwfix in Solihull. V.impressed. However, even the full size Berlingo is quite chuckable around town I reckon for the size and facilities available. But I bow to owners' superior kowledge

Is that what you have?

I currently have the MK2, but i have tested a MK3 and i am looking to buy one, just at the right price.

I agree with you that the Berlingo is town-able, but it is definitely a 'chunkier' van, and the proportion of the van dedicated to the cabin section is crazy! What i was saying really is that the MK1 and MK2 were Berlingos, but the new MK3 could be easily compared to a VW Caddy, and that is a chunky van.

Couldn't agree with you more about the Nemo, lovely little van with a surprising amount of space in the back.

I have a Berlingo brouchure lying around that i got from the dealer a couple of weeks back, ill scan the size comparison chart that is in it, shows you the difference between the old and new berlingo, as well as other vans too.
