Replacing small plastic wheels on window winder
#1
Hello,

I recently purchased some parts for my rhs electric window (mk1 Berlingo) which I would like to fit. I noticed that there's a kind of rivet holding each of the small white wheels to the metal bars in the window winder mechanism. One of these white wheels is broken and needs to be replaced, but I am unsure how to remove the existing rivet.

Has anyone else tried this?

Thx,

Willi

It will probably be a pop rivet at a guess 5mm, this will have to be drilled out then you can either rivet new pulleys into place or find suitable nut and bolt...
