It's a serious question bra(h)!

So... the bonnet bra, what is everyone's thoughts? I sort of want one but also not sure if it'd look good. My 'lingo is the blue one (dunno what blue... I'm gunna call it classic citroen blue, its mid blue, a bit metallic...). Any advice?

A marmite thing, I've got one on the van..think the front end looks plain without it now! A word of warning though, they can trap moisture and discolour the paint.

Bonnet bras are only any good for long/motorway journeys, they should not be left on permanently. They trap water, dirt and grit against your bonnet leading edge, and as they move around, will scratch the paint. Plus as they are protecting that area of the bonnet from UV light, the paint will not discolour in keeping with the rest of the vehicle, so when you take it off, the area will be a different colour.

I think it's meant to stop chips on the bonnet.In 30000mile I don't have any.Not keeping a good distance from the car/truck in front is usually the cause.( waiting for the flack).

It might prevent them on the small area covered, but the rest of the front of the vehicle is still exposed - I just think they look daft
