Fuse box support in engine compartment - tow electrics
#1
Dear members,

I am installed a genuine twin electrics towbar to my 2010 vehicle. Can anyone advise how to remove the engine management system in the right hand side of the engine compartment? I need to remove the 3 connectors and then remove the management system in order to fit a 40amp large fuse. The engine management system has a metal casing with only one connector fully visible on the left but I need to remove right to left to get them off but metal casing covering 50% of the top. I can see the fuse line behind the engine management system but can't work out how it slides up and out. The Citroen instructions show the diagram but their picture doesn't have a metal casing. Help appreciated as cant complete the electrics as no power to rear

Kind regards

Resloved - simply ignore the instructions manual if you have a casing around the Engine managment system. Look at the fuse box on top of where the large fuses you are trying to find are located. Simply unbolt the earth cable, a gently unlipe the 3 plastic clips which hold the fuse box down. Pull gently up and then you will see the large fuses emerge. Simply put fuse in and gently clip back into place and bolt earthe cable again. Great when you know how.
