What sort of Antifreeze?

1.9D 2004. I can't tell from what is in the expansion tank what sort of antifreeze I have. So as it's probab;y too dilute I'd better change it. But what sort is recommended, blue or pink?

I've no idea what the difference is , however I go pink as the screenwash is usually blue and it means I don't get them mixed up! I also have that job coming up - flush out the radiator etc
