Hi Folks
Just to say hello, just joined forum after learning several useful thing about berlingos.
Got my van(1.9 ex gas board) as a stopgap when firms van went back with the job, always planned to get Hi ace or similar like i used to run, but my bingo was so reliable and so cheap to run just never got round to changing it, and a difficult choice between new outboard for our boat and newer van was a no brainer, sorry the fishing wins every time!
This years mot has been quite challenging but i did the front bearing,droplink and discs and pads, and garage did trackrod ends also fitted a towbar at same time and changed oil and filters.
Note to self when changing power steering belt take photo of route before removing old one(Doh!!) wish someone would put diagram online somewhere.
Gonna try and change the clutch next, any pointers greatly received.
Well looks like i'm hooked, looking at a newer van soon berlingo 800 2.0hdi would tick all boxes, just an end to current recession in the building industry would help.
