Lexia help please - Airbag lights

I don't have any of these problems I have the No dialogue with Airbag ECU and the light flashing, where is the ECU located?

The Airbag Ecu is beneath the center console. Work safe and do a bsi shutdown and disconnect battery.

Thanks is the BSI shutdown the obligatory wait for x minutes touching nothing electrical before disconnecting the battery.

Sorry to add a post to an old thread but I thought I would try here before launching a new thread. 

My 54 plate Berlingo

BERLINGO VP (M59) FOURGONNETTE FAMILIALE 1.9 D 71 (DW8B) BVM 5

has the airbag light on permanently - the fitter has tried all the connections under seats etc but has not found a solution. The error code from the local garage's scan tool is a bit cryptic but it sounds like Rustcart's diagnosis of a comms fault -

006F Passengers airbag inhibition 14006F

I have printed off the wiring diagram but can't see EP or EP1 listed?  I'd like to have a look round before going back to my fitter - can you confirm - to switch off BSI - I power down - leave it down for 15 minutes and then disconnect battery?

Yes that will be ok I always switch radio off leave a window open drivers side and make sure interior lights are off to.
