just got my new berlingo multispace xtr but i already have a few issues.

where is the jack etc

and where is the usb socket.

ive had a c4 before and it took me a week to get to the battery!!

Welcome , the Jack in the floor compartment under front passenger seat, also has the tool for removing rear light cluster.

is that the front draw that you pull forward or do you have to lift the seat up to get it?

On the floor-disguised as a carpet lol, well hidden, just pull the seat forward and lift the carpeted panel up and out and tool-kit's there ( Passenger seat ) You are not the first person nor, I expect, the last to find it hard to locate.
