You're doing it wrong, my van is loaded with everything TWO electricians require on a daily basis and I get 45.

I get 42 mpg around town and according to my manual that is bang in for 2.0 hdi, i do a ten mile trip each way to work everyday and thats about it so it doesnt really have a decent run to get warm. On a Run i get about 50 mpg and when towing caravan on a run its about 47 mpg.

I've been pretty much thrashing the last tankful and when I filled up today I found I had dropped to 43 mpg dead. :brickwall::brickwall:

I'll not be doing that again. Sad

Driving like you should or thrashing it though.

Like I said, driving normally i get 40 and 28ish when booting it.

What could be wrong with it?
