i had 2 keys with the van, the remote fob one dont have a transponder, cant see the point of a key without it

is there a cheap way round this or is it main stealer scam only?

if you have one transponder i think its pretty cheap just to get a copy key. Its an expensive do when you gotta start from scratch iirc.

Try here a useful and cheaper alternative to main stealer prices. However you still need to get the key coded to your car
