Just ordered total Quartz INEO ECS 5 / 30 from Nielsons but don't know which oil filter to get. There are a few manufacturers to choose from so can anyone suggest a tried and tested filter. I've become a little paranoid about the turbo's wellbeing after reading some of the posts / threads.

I use whatever Euro Crap Parts are giving away with oil.
Think was a Gutteman last time?
Sounds German, so must be good quality.

Thanx lads, Ol'jeffers has given me nightmares!! He's right of course but my confidence has been drained a little bit reading the reports on the turbo failures of 15% on this type of engine. Thats a lot of turbo's. I'll be looking at the pipework too eventually to see if it's the narrower ID type. My sincere gratitude to you all.
