Ok, I have just bought a Cruise Control stalk from a member on here and I need a Lexia 3 to activate it I believe.
There are a few for sale on E-bay and the the one I am thinking of buying is described as the Lexia 3 v477 pp2000 V24. Now does anyone know whether this is the right one to go for to use with my Peugeot Partner?
If it is then I'll get it and add my name to the list of people willing to help out with diagnostics in the Sevenoaks, Kent area.
I will point out that I am an ex Motor Mechanic - but I'm of the old school before all this electrickery was invented.
Thanks,
Phil

I thought of getting one a while back, but was put off by the fact that it did not support Windows 7. I believe some do but dont know which version.

I bought a cheap laptop to run the Lexia software. I installed Win 7 Ultimate and tried out Microsoft's XP mode under that. Total load of rubbish that. So slow it is unusable. Then I installed the free VMWare Player on Win 7 and installed an instance of XP Pro therein. That runs the Lexia 3 software very nicely indeed. Been using that combo for 18 months with no problems. Wish the Lexia software ran on Linux!!

Bought the same sort of thing. It comes with a DVD full of Lexia Planet Diagbox etc.
Just install PP2000 and you'll be fine.
Might need some fiddling about with Firefox, but there is usually a note about installation on the DVD
