Had my 1st taste of proper winter driving in the Blingo the other day, and yet again the big kid in me took over:lol:
Had to get up the (private road) hill to my friends house and the little Blingo was doing ok until I stopped halfway up the hill in order to get some mega-wheelspin on the go when I set off I did manage some ridiculous speeds whilst going absolutely nowhere:lol: but the Blingo refused to go any further up the hill.
Had to park up and then reverse back down the hill later on (180 degree handbrake turn in the process:twisted: )
Now I know my 1st mistake was stopping on the hill, and my 2nd was the childish wheelspins, but It's confirmed to me that I could do with new front tyres/winter tyres, my mates Blingo with winter tyres has no trouble at all on that hill.
Anyone else been having fun in the snow out there???
