Nice idea, smart. I wonder if it would be possible to fit some down the inside edge of the doors, coloured red as a door open warning for anyone coming past from behind.

It's a nice, relatively simple and cheap mod, we had strips in the footwells of our Berlingo that were piggybacked off the interior light, looked the part.

Liking them! did a similar thing to mine but with blue neons and wired them upto come on when the door opens!
If it aint broke don't fix it... if it is broke, who gives a rats ass?

So what have you wired them into? The interior light or a permanent live feed? Looking to do something similar (for the same reason).

they are wired onto the map light wiring. It is a permanent live only when ignition is on, the positive feed runs through to the switch then from the switch to the lights. The map light feed is on the ignition so power cuts off when turned off
