Lexia 3 trouble

I am currently having trouble with lexia 3 it keeps coming up with the following error 'the data passed from the portal is incorrect - please check your configuration' it was working fine yesterday but now its playing up. Any one had this trouble i would like some help or advice if possible.:brickwall:

Just in the process of re-installing it. Hopefully it will work.
