Steering Vibration through van

Oh how I miss the reliability of my 1999 Honda Accord Type R!

Okay this months issue with the van.....when turning the steering (stationary of setting off) I am getting a huge vibration and groan through the chassis.

I sometimes experience this when coming to a stop at a junction and turning the wheel, but it was rare. Tonight, the van is on a roll! I assume it is something to do with the electronic motor. Bring back hydraulic steering!!!

Has anyone else experienced this or have any ideas? Looks like yet another trip to Citroen.

sorry for asking on an old post but did you ever find out what was wrong with your van? mine has started doing the exact same thing today.

Has the van been up on jacks or on a lift ?? When wheels are turned while they are off the ground it does something weird to the steering, usually goes away after driving though.....

Hi, ive just had new cv joints today. read a very similar post about 10 minutes ago so just been out and jacked it up, turned steering lock to lock and 20 times with engine and its now fine. Bizarre!!
