Mk 1 1.9D Ignition key wont stop engine

Hi, Appreciate any help....2002 1.9D, engine is not turning off with key, have to stall. is this a common fault? Fuel solenoid or ignition or connected to issue with central locking popping back up and door open light staying on. Disconnected central locking fuse so to lock manually. Dont suppose this fuse had anything to do with stopping engine? Also had a short on radio speaker which wiped out sound

Central locking has been dicky for a while but door open light, radio and not stopping all started last week. Connected or coincidence?
