M59 / X-Pic Rear Discs - How Common?

I'm asking because they don't pop up amid the usual Fleabay dross at all often. Discs seem like an interesting upgrade for an M49 but rarity calls the feasibility into question.

It'd be interesting to see how close to a fit you get with 405 rear disc bits.

Would discs really be an upgrade ? The drums seem to work perfectly adequately for the vehicle size.
