I am familiar with NM (Newton Metres) but what does the small (da) in front of the NM mean? I've never come across this before.

Veering off topic (like four flat tyres on a muddy track-name the group who quoted that one?? Confusedtudy: if you have molyslip or copaslip or to a lesser degree oil or grease on the threads the wrench will deliver a different torque to what it has been set to.Confusedcratch:
