Window Tint
#1
Does anyone have any details for a good window tint supplier?
Tried looking on Ebay but had no luck. Im looking for pre-cut tint film for my mk1 as I don't fancy risking cutting it myself and dealing with the bubbles Undecided

Regardless of it being pre-cut, you'll have bubbles to deal with, it's not an easy task to get right, slightest bit of dust and you get a little bubble.

I've done a couple of my motors and on the whole they looked OK, but close up, you could see specs of dust and tiny air bubbles.

And to add to what steve said... To get precut pieces, you'll be paying a premium for the fact that they are precut. It won't cost too much more to get them done professionally, maybe £120?

Thanks guys, think you're right. I'll look out for someone who can do them for me. Have considered having them dipped, just have to see what the cost is.
