seatbelt chime
#1
Guys, I searched on disabling the seatbelt chime, but found only info on unplugging a wire under the seat on the mk3 van. The sound really is irritating, any way to get rid easily on the mk2? Nothing else wrong with the design apart from this for me.

Put the seatbelt on?

Get an old seatbelt clip from scrapyard and clip that in.

Obviously put the seatbelt on would be the first solution ,but the chiming does eventually stop leaving only the dash warning lamp on.
It is on my to do list.
But not right at the top
