Radio replacing

Changed the radio and the dash lighted up like a christmas tree, Eurocars here want £80+ to get it sorted, needs computer realigning apparently! Any ideas how to do this without paying that money?

Have you reset the BSI?

Is that the plug in thingy that tells you what's wrong with it?
I don't have one but I know a man that does.
