Dashboard Switch Blank
#1
Hi,

I have a 58 plate Bingo and whilst fitting a handsfree kit I found a spare cable + connector that goes to a circular switch blanking plate to the left of the steering wheel. It is simply clipped into the back of the blanking plate

Does anybody know what switch normally goes here? If I can get a switch will it activate a feature on my bingo?

It may be the cruise control connector. If you mean on the middle dash it could be electric window or A/C.

It is just above the Headlight Beam adjustment if that helps?

Sounds like the location of the passenger mirror switch .

I think the above too! It's for the adjustment gizmo for nearside mirror.

On mine, the right hand panel housed the headlight adjuster and the mirror adjuster on the lower level, with 3 blanks above. From what I can see in the owners handbook, the blanks are for switches for the ESP and ASR systems when fitted Smile
