Hi, I've just bought a T-reg Berlingo Multispace which came without Radio code or Handbook! In the meantime I've got the code from my local Citroen Agent (cost me 25 quid!) but am still clueless how to activate the radio. Any ideas?

You can usually get the code off Fleabay for a tenner or less...
To unlock the radio the usual procedure (not Pug/Cit specific) is to put down the driver's window, open the bonnet, then lock the car with your remote fob (with window down and doors shut) and disconnect the positive battery terminal. After this, have a cuppa. Some it helps to leave a full hour.
When you're done, come back to the car and reconnect the battery. Reach through the window and put the key in; turn on the ignition. Now unlock the door and open it.
With ignition turned on, the radio should prompt you with something like "Code" displayed on its screen. Enter the code provided using the preset numbered buttons; usually after the last number is punched in it will come spontaneously to life.

It used to be that if you put the wrong code into them 3 times it shut down for varying lengths of time leaving it switched on and ignition on ,dependant on the make then the four bars would come up for you to try again. After 3 times of shutting down it was supposed to lock and they could only be unlocked by the maker. A rumor going around was to put it into the freezer for a day then it would work whether the code was put in or not.Dont know if that worked or not never tried it.
