Just a thought but why do you need all that lot has it been fried. There are firms out there that can repair program ecu and the bsi unit for you.
Are we there yet?????

The ECUs can be unlocked, most quite cheaply (£50-upwards). That saves the need to code one in. BSI can also be virginised from a donor unit, and then coded to your car. If you just swap all that you will have mileage issues on the dash as well.

You'll lose nothing by sending your ECU and BSI to bba-reman.
They will sort it out for you and most likely when you get them back you'll be able to
fit them to the van and drive away.
(BTW I neither work for the above company nor do I know anyone who does. )
