OBD Socket
#1
Where is the connection point on my 2009 Multispace 1.6HDI.
All searches seem to suggest it is under a panel below the steering wheel - so what is the green socket in the passenger glove box ?Smile

Bingo
Could your manual be showing a LHD car though?
The otherhalf's C3 unexplicably went into 'crawl to the hard shoulder ' mode
The next phonecall I got was putting the AA bloke on the 'line because he didnt know where the OBD was
It is on my to do list.
But not right at the top

On mine it's behind the panel under the steering wheel. Green trapezoidal socket (rounded edges) with a 16 holes. If that is what you have in your glove box that might well be it.

Here is a photo of the connector - looks just as you described it.Confusedalut:
Obviously LHD & RHD location differences.

That's the beast. Wish mine was in the glove box - easier to get to.

Yes it is so surprisingly easy to access, that I thought it couldn't possibly be the right socket Big Grin
