Brake fluid switch

Having trouble with the stop light flashing along with the handbrake light on continually, thinking its the brake fluid switch does any one know how the switch operates I.e on / off or variable outputs can I short the cables out until new switch is sourced ?

Try checking the fluid level if it is not up to the upper mark it will trigger the light.
Are we there yet????? Huh
