Hello all, i just purchased a berlingo 2008 16hdi which came with one remote locking key. The previous owner did not have a spare key for the vehicle. Does anyone know how to get a spare remote key and how much it costs. cheers

The spare key is not a remote type.
It's a standard type chip key that simply satisfies the requirements of the immobiliser
but has no buttons.
I think that these may be had for around £50 including coding.

timpsons..the high street shoe repair people can clone and cut some keys, just done our 02 berlingo one about 40 quid , otherwise main dealer. personally i see no point in paying extra for the remote locking buttons.

I see a benefit in paying for the remote. Darned near every non-remote Blingo has the door barrels knackered - they're a cheap design that wears poorly. In contrast, the lock innards are the same as 406/Xantia and quite longwearing.
