Before I give any info on my problem can someone tell me what sort of symptoms I would get on a dw8b engine when the needle lift sensor is not working?
Thanks again in advance everyone.

Ok I've replaced the injector #1 and plugged in the needle lift sensor but it still sounds like a bag of spanners inside a washing machine. Does it need to be reset first?
Also I found that the vacuum pipe is broke on the egr valve. Would that cause any problems?
Berlingo 54 plate
1.9d DW8 engine.
Quick edit: just started it up and it run really smooth for the first 5 seconds, then reverted back to a bag of spanners. Someone please help me :-(

Wrong type flywheel. No pickup. I've opened a new thread to try and get around this problem without having to remove the gearbox.
