How rough? "Remove bumper with pinch bar and axe."

Pretty much all the same, I've only briefly played with an M59 but... From memory, start by removing your centre grille. Look for any small self-tappers or bolts holding the bumper in this area.

Then remove the three small bolts under the front apron. Next get into the wheelarches (easier with front wheels off) and detach the forward part of your splash shields. Working from the engine bay and under, disconnect the washer reservoir and remove it. Identify and remove the 13mm headed bolts holding the bumper below the headlights.

There will be a T20 headed self-tapper on each trailing tip of the bumper, remove these. Now remove the two side retaining bolts. You should be sorted.
