Long gear selector lever
#1
Wife has a 04 multispace. The connection between gearstick and "long gear selector lever" has somehow snapped. After two weeks local dealer still does not have the replacement part and cannot give a date as to when he can get it. Can anyone help? It's the BE3/5 - BE4/5 type transmission. Thanks in anticipation.

Have you tried a Peugeot main dealer ???. Will need the V.I.N. number and they can cross-reference parts vis-a-vis with the equivalent Citroen.

Worth a try if you are stuck.

Never tried the local Pug dealer. I figured that they would be using the same source as Citroen dealer and would struggle to obtain part also. Might give it a go.
Annoying thing is, that it would be so easy to repair if I could get the darn thing off myself but no way to get the car up high enough.
pk7478, have sent you VIN no.
