Citroën UK - feedback on car and van servicing

Hi all!

Citroën UK are looking at trying to improve their car service and van service offerings. As you can see from the page I've linked to, we've got a £99 offer out now, and we'd be really interested in your feedback on it - and on car servicing from Citroën in general.

I can't promise to actually change anything straightaway, but I can promise that I'll go through all the feedback with the team responsible for making the decisions (including Sally Smith, Citroën UK's Director of Parts & Services). I'll also try and respond sensibly on this thread.

I can't give out free car services :-).

I live in Stoke on Trent and it is doing the same for me !!!!

Mind you the dealer in Stoke.... no comment.

W.R.Davies at Stafford doesn't look too bad.

Kevin Odlums... again no comment and the guys at Crewe unknown quantity.

Hopefully they will sort it out! Says there are no dealers near me, but i know of two that my van has been in locally. Cheers for the spot, Ben should see it.

Must say Murley citreon in stratford upon avon were very professional,i purchased my multispace from there in November 09 and had it serviced there last october.I was offered a courtesy car without asking and the service charge was reasonable.Also a small warranty job was sorted very quickly again with a courtesy car given.
I would buy from them again.

shame dealer in Llangefni N.Wales doesnt offer courtesy car........I was never offered one so waited for 3 hours.
