[Engine] skid plate, making it yourself

Hi there
New to the forum
and my first post will be about making a skid plate for my Berlingo 2005 mod
I wanna do it in alu, 3mm thick.
Does anyone have the right measurement or maybe a quick drawing?

Get a sheet of cardboard and cut to make a template then lay onto your sheet metal.

I can't remember what it looked like before I repaired it, other than it was broken with bits missing. The following made a very quick repair with a piece of aluminium plate pop riveted through the plastic into some penny washers (made out of 2p coins) I done the bend with a piece of wood and a club hammer. Care was needed where to site the rivets so as not to foul stuff when fixed back underneath the engine.

I think it's still there, must check tomorrow :-)
