1.6 diesel ram air
#1
since the air filter ducting is all up and down ends up nowhere doesnt seal very well and falls apart i was thinking would it be a benifit to remove all the ducting back to the intake filter and put 65mm round ducting to somewhere on the front.

get a 65mm to flat conversion piece and attach to underside of the bumper but that might cause water problems or just over the radiator behind the gap between metal and bonnet

what ye think

i want to keep it all hidden. which is why id go just behind the gap between bonnet and front body.

having trouble finding parts though. a flat scoop to 65 - 70 mm round pipe being the main problem :brickwall:

Thanks anyway Martin, but I think that may hinder the "excellent" aerodynamic qualities of my Berlingo even further!

I do have the 1.9d chugger anyhowSmile Smile
