As it is brand new what are your dealers doing about your problems?

Hi, well the first time back they found no fault codes but washed the car and put an air freshener on the seat :-)
I took it back and because the main big juddering is intermittent I told them to keep it and drive it for a week - upon collection I noticed they ony did 20miles in it Sad
They said they found carbon on exhaust vales possibly stopping full closure which they said they had removed - the car is no different.
Unfortunately I have had to travel out of the country for 3 weeks so unable to persue further - car has been parked up at Heathrow.
I asked them for a copy of the workshop report which they promissed to send - it didn't arrive and I had to ring up every day and pester them till eventually an enevelope arrived from them but didn't have to to open as I was leaving.
To be continued.....!
