BBC i player, Philip ? Seems SOGA act 1979 should be used against supplying dealer, not manufacturer...

Is this what Watchdog was about?

http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b006mg74...ds-citroen

'On November 18 2009 Brighton County Court found that Rev Chambers was entitled to £1,345.16 (£1175.16 for debt and interest to the date of judgement and £170 for costs) from Freeborn Citroen, Southampton.'

2009??

just watched the clip Trevor put up.
So really we should be going back to the Garage/dealer we bought the car from and NOT Citroen.

That's the story, though never knew it was 2009-So, some dealers attitudes still falling short, even now.

I was looking at a fellow's year-old Berlingo the other day. He bought it new, and it came without the (1.6 HDi) engine cover!

The dealer never saw fit to address this shortfall.

Reply from Citroen UK saying they have no say in what dealerhips charge for investigation or diagnostic times but any manufacturing defects will be covered by the warranty along with diagnostic charges.WTF.
