Rear Door trim thing....

Hey folks

I'm sure this is just me being stupid but I cannot for the life of me find what this bit of trim is called, I need a replacement as it's a MOT failure.

My van is a 54 plate Exterprise 600.

The trim in question is above the number plate and covers the reg plate lights, image below:

Can someone put me out of my misery?

"License plate moulding" Try 8742.66 at your dealer.

They come primed, you need to paint it.
