Feed off the Cigarette lighter, it can handle up to 30amp and will not have any effect on the canbus.
It takes two minutes to locate the cable (3 panels, 4 screws).
------------
Side panels:
Remove screw.
Pull screw end of panel out towards door then pull towards rear of car.
Centre Panel:
Remove two screws (one each side)
Pull off (pull lower edge first).
Unplug Cigarette Lighter.
Splice into to the Positive and Negative wires.
------------
(Unless you require more than 30 amp, LOUD-LOUD-LOUD!)

But is this cable capable to run a 600w amplifier?

Not a "true" 600W (I'm meaning 600W RMS) amplifier.

If you find it produces unpleasant sounds, you can always add new feed wires later.

When ive not been able to go through firewall through a grommet or something, i feed it from the battery along the (usually) right hand side (looking at the van from the front), and pass it just under and through the wing and run it down the inside of the door lining, worked fine.

As you need to ask this question, may I respectfully suggest you get your kit fitted professionally. You may need a large auxiliary battery like an Optima Yellow.

I will leave you find out what they costSad

Should be no problem.
Only one way to find out.
At worst you will need to buy a new 30amp fuse (50p).

To keep it simple, buy similar for testing:
20amp

That's overkill.

FWIW I have heard that Optimas are now made in one of the countries where damn near everything is now made; have to wonder if they really have the "edge" anymore.

The amplifier that i have is a magnat 1 channel 800w Max. With 1 kicker 12" sub.

So what You all are saying that i can run that setup from a cigarette socket?
In my last car i had a 16kv cable with 60 amp fuse
