Morning all,
I am new to this forum.
I have just bought a 2003 Berlingo 1.9D LX van for a little business venture.
It has done 87k, in very good condition, twin side doors, was owned by a local authority for a meals on wheels contract. Serviced every 8-9k by the looks of it and I have spoken to the workshops who maintained it to verify this. They also told me it has not had the timing belt done so I guess this will be job no 1.
I have never done one before, although I am quite hands on (ex Fork Truck engineer) Is it an easy job?
Also the key operated remote cental locking does not work, how do I fix this? Lastly is there anything else I need to look out for on this little van?
Thanks
Colin
