Help !

Hi, I've just joined the forum and am hoping someone can help answer a couple of questions.
I've got an old diesel Berlingo "s" reg, 1998 which has no handbook. There's a couple of lights come on when I switch on and I can't find what they mean.
A thing a bit like a tv aeriel flashes for about 20 secs every time, then goes out.
Occassionally a key sign flashes and bleeps when I switch on. If I switch off and then on again it's ok.
Should I be worried?

Don't know. I check the oil level every week with the dipstick and it's always ok. No-one seems to know!

from left to right along the bottom of gauges on my 1.9d 96 reg there are the glow plug, battery, oil pressure, oil level, air bag warning lights There is a h/brake lamp somewhere but it doesn't work often.
