2.0 HDi flywheel locking

For belt replacement procedure, there's a flywheel locking hole located somewhere, but where.
There is no picture reference anywhere.
Autodata states only lock the flywheel with special too with a very sketchy picture.
P 406 has to have starter removed to do so.
No such procedure is written in autodata for the lingo?

same as the Peugeot it is easier with the starter removed.

the tool is an 8mm (think) dog leg locking peg you can get them from a good tool place.
