Sounds like a nice set up. You getting door tweeters too, or the door speakers got them built in?

Pretty powerful aint they! Should be a good set up when done. Maybe consider getting some door insulation. Im not an expert on this if you cant tell.

Ive heard good things about doing this anyway (on other sites/forums). It apparently helps to damped road noise, stop vibration/rattling (caused by extra speaker power), and improve the quality of the range of sounds from the speakers you are installing.

Im sure most people dont do this and have no issues, but it is an option. I think people use sheets of say 5mm thick padding; but once again, im shooting in the dark.

Door insulation is a good mod, as Andre suggests.
Do those Alpines fit straight in with no modification?
Mine sound terrible, well they do have cardboard cones....

had the 6x9s down under the seat and they were too enclosed, was thinking i needed a amp for them.

but put 10mm ply behind the metal panel behind the seats (the mesh screen is still open) cut the speakers in half way up the metal panel. such a difference its now awesome, the bass shakes the seats SmileSmile
