berlingo tailgate will not lock

Hi - I have a similar problem with my tail gate - It will not ock by remote but will unlock ok. The problem is a broken bias spring in the mechanism, which holds the solenoid in one position or the other, rather than floating around willy nilly. Short term fix as above is manual locking (elastic band was shorter fix still!). When I get enough time to remove the lock (looks very fiddly) I will try a more permanent fix. Pretty sure the spring is not available.
